Our hiring process

Here’s what you can expect after you submit your application.

1

After you submit your application, our recruiting team will review it and match it with the skills and requirements needed for the specific role that you’ve applied for.

2

When a recruiter has determined that your background is a good fit for the role, you’ll be invited and asked to complete a video screening interview with the recruiter to discuss your skills and experience in more detail.

3

If you and the recruiter feel that the position is a good match, you’ll be invited to continue conversations with the rest of the hiring team.

4

Your recruiter will stay in touch and provide you feedback throughout the interview process.

5

If you are selected as the final candidate for the role (congratulations!), you’ll receive an offer letter and additional details about our benefits packages.

6

After reviewing the offer letter, and once you have decided to join our team, you will electronically sign the offer and the pre-onboarding process will begin.

7

The next step is to complete a background check, as all Brightspeed employees must successfully pass a background check, including criminal searches, employment and education verifications. Please note that some roles, including field and customer-facing, will include a drug screen and motor vehicle record check.

8

Once all pre-onboarding tasks are successfully completed, you will be hired in our systems and welcomed as the newest Brightspeed team member.
