Guided by Brightspeed's beliefs in fairness, collaboration, and innovation, and aligned with our purpose to build connections that strengthen communities, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) foster spaces where all are welcome—embracing diverse voices and celebrating unique perspectives of all employees. This creates a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed and where the company benefits from diverse and varied perspectives. We host six ERGs that plan and host activities, events and learning opportunities.
